Better Shelters for Refugees by Ikea Foundation

A large number of refugees living in appalling conditions, for years, is a problem the world over. They are working with the UN refugee agency to fine tune and test the design. One of the big challenges is to also bring down the costs of the shelter considerably. The video is very interesting and explains the design approach.
